I found the location convenient, with the train station just a short walk away. The room included breakfast items like cereal and bread for toast, a nice touch. I appreciated the availability of parking (a real plus in this area) . The room was clean (always a priority) and represented excellent value for the money.
The hall lighting was insufficient. I had difficulty seeing the room door code and needed to use a light to read it.

the self-service check-in process was very easy for me. i loved that the room had everything i needed for my short stay. the host even provided milk and juice in the fridge, this was a good touch. i appreciate that there was free parking available on site.
the mattress was hard. there are small touch ups needed in places.

i found the location great, a quick walk to the train station (it was about 5 to 10 minutes). breakfast included cereal and bread for toast. butter and jam. this was a nice surprise. parking was available too.
The hallway lacked lighting. i had to use a torch. the room door was also blocked by a large wardrobe. the toilet cistern drained all night. It was really noisy and needs some attention.

The breakfast options were so good. I especially loved the cereals and pain au chocolat! The entry arrangements worked very efficiently. I received clear instructions beforehand. The fan in the room was a lifesaver because the weather was particularly hot that night.
Soundproofing could be better. I did hear some noise from other rooms.
